Yoon LLP successfully defended a summary judgment motion brought by a Manhattan condominium building sponsor on behalf of a condominium owner in an action pending before the New York Supreme Court in New York County. The Court ruled in favor of the condominium owner for a breach of contract claim.
Yoon LLP prevailed on behalf of the plaintiff after a two-day bench trial before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and obtained a final judgment for causes of action alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and conversion.

Arbitration: Advantages and Disadvantages” Other speakers at the conference travelled from Korea to make their presentations to the U.S. business audience. The event was organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (“KOTRA”) and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the U.S.A. (“KOCHAM”).
