During his career, Mr. Park has handled numerous mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings, secured and unsecured lending transactions and financial restructurings. Mr. Park has also been involved in several international litigations and arbitrations for Korean clients. Mr. Park has received both his J.D. and his LL. Sammy Kye’s practice includes commercial litigation and corporate transactions. Mr. Kye served as law clerk to all Administrative Law Judges at the Office of Administrative Hearings in Sacramento, California. Mr. Kye was also employed with the Office of the District Attorney, County of Sacramento while in law school. Mr. Kye received his J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He is also a graduate of New York University, Stern School of Business where he received his B.S. with a dual major in Finance and International Business.

Mr. Kye is admitted to practice in California and New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and Korean Americans Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY). He is proficient in Korean.

Young D. Kim's practice focuses on domestic and international litigation, general commercial disputes, and corporate transactions. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and is a graduate of St. John’s University, College of Arts and Sciences where he earned a B.A. in Psychology.

Mr. Hwang graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Sociology and received his J.D. from the University of California – Hastings College of the Law where he was an Articles Editor for the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Hwang spent a semester serving as an extern to the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Hwang is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey with admission pending in New York. He is proficient in Korean.
