Steven Yudin has over 35 years of experience as a commercial litigator. Mr. Yudin has litigated a broad spectrum of commercial matters in federal and state court. Mr. Yudin has conducted jury and non-jury trials, and has considerable appellate court experience. Mr. Yudin has successfully prosecuted commercial fraud cases in federal and state courts, helping his clients recover tens of millions of dollars, has represented domestic and international clients in a host of contract, commercial tort and partnership matters. Mr. Yudin also has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, collection litigation and judgment enforcement.

Dana Y. Lee is an Of Counsel at Yoon LLP concentrating her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, lender representations, and trust and estate planning.

Ms. Lee’s representations include investors and individuals on purchase, sale and financing of commercial and residential real estate, businesses on commercial and office leasing, institutional and private lenders on commercial loan transactions, sponsors and developers on new construction and conversion offering plans, and individuals on trust and estate planning.

Prior to joining Yoon LLP, Ms. Lee was an associate at a leading full service law firm in Long Island. In law school, Ms. Lee was an Executive Publications Editor of The Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal, a member of The Buffalo Moot Court Board, and a vice president of Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Ms. Lee is a member of New York City Bar Association and she serves on the Executive Board of Korean American Youth Foundation. Ms. Lee is fluent in Korean.

Jin H. Liu is an Of Counsel at Yoon LLP who handles all corporate matters. She has many years of experience working on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, securities and general corporate work, public finance and tax-exempt bond financing. She also advises companies on corporate governance issues.

Ms. Liu was a corporate associate at the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP, Philadelphia, PA. Prior to that, she was an associate in the Corporate Department at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae, New York, New York.

Ms. Liu received her B.A. from University of California at Berkeley. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1988. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Liu is fluent in Korean.

Charles Yoon has over 30 years of experience in the areas of domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He has prosecuted and/or defended a broad array of commercial disputes.

Mr. Yoon’s representative experience includes serving as an arbitrator on a $100 million International Chamber of Commerce arbitration in London and prosecuting a law firm for legal malpractice resulting in a $24 million payment. He also prosecuted numerous breach of contract and tort claims and successfully defended numerous cases brought against Korea-based conglomerates and their U.S. subsidiaries.

Mr. Yoon was previously a partner at the law firm of Thelen Reid & Priest LLP. Mr. Yoon received his B.A. from Columbia College and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Mr. Yoon is a past President of the International Association of Korean Lawyers, a past President of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York, a past President of the Korean American Business Council of Greater New York, and a past Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Law Firm Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Mr. Yoon currently serves as the President of the Korean American Association of Greater New York. He also serves on the Board of the Council of Korean Americans. Mr. Yoon regularly lectures on litigation and other legal topics at national and international conferences. Mr. Yoon is fluent in Korean.
