Our commitment to serve the community is evidenced by our voluntary leadership roles within professional and charitable organizations.
Charles M. Yoon's Community Involvement:
- Mr. Yoon served as a board member and Senior Vice President to the Korean American Association of Greater New York (KAAGNY). Mr. Yoon also served as the Chairman of the 2010 and 2011 KAAGNY Gala Preparation Committee.
- Mr. Yoon is a past-President of the Korean American Business Council of New York, a federation of seventeen Korean American industry groups in the New York metropolitan area.
- Mr. Yoon is the immediate past-President of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY).
- Mr. Yoon is the Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Law Firm Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
- Mr. Yoon is a past-Overseas President of the International Association of Korean Lawyers.
- Mr. Yoon is the Chair of the Korean American League for Civic Action.
- Mr. Yoon is a Trustee of the Southpole Foundation.

Jay Kim's Community Involvement:
- Mr. Kim is involved with the Korean Community Center of New York, Inc. and donated his time to assist in the purchase of the facility.
- Mr. Kim participated in the arrangements for a pro bono clinic in Flushing, New York.

Theodore K. Cheng's Community Involvement:
- Appointed by former Governor David A. Paterson, Mr. Cheng serves as the Chair of the New York State Commission on Increasing Diversity in the State Government Workforce.
- Mr. Cheng serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Part and as a court-appointed mediator in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
- Mr. Cheng has been appointed on several occasions as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney's Office to prosecute criminal appeals.
- Mr. Cheng serves as the Secretary to the Second Circuit Courts Committee of the Federal Bar Council.
- Mr. Cheng is a past Recording Secretary and Director of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY). He also served as Co-Chair of AABANY's Litigation Committee and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Judiciary Committee. Mr. Cheng is also a member of the Judiciary Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
- Mr. Cheng is a member of various other bar and trade associations, including the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, The Copyright Society of the U.S.A., and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
